Dan HarmsJob Title: Service Manager
Joined Niton UK: April 2008
Having acquired extensive experience and knowledge in the implementation and use of Niton analysers - including safe working operation, repair and calibration – Dan represents the steady hand on the tiller for Niton UK service department. This ensures that all work carried out continues to build upon the exceptional service that the company works so hard to provide to our customers.
He is a disciplined, calm and confident individual who approaches all work with a high level of concentration. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and playing rugby as a valued member for his local team.
Russell MastersJob Title: Service Supervisor

With over 5 years of experience in servicing and calibrating our extensive range of Niton analysers - Russell has proved himself to be a great asset to the service department - as demonstrated by the high volume of positive feedback that he continues to receive from our customers.
Russell is a friendly, considerate and cultured individual with a passion for history. As a passionate football supporter and season ticket holder, he enjoys watching his team play at both home and away games. In his spare time Russell enjoys spending time with his friends at the local pub or cycling.
Chris BodeJob Title: Customer Support Technician

Since joining the service department just a few years ago, Chris has already established himself as a dependable, loyal and trustworthy addition to the team. He regularly works hard to ensure that customers receive the best turn-around times possible and the feedback he regularly receives echoes this.
Chris is a very animated, well-mannered, and competitive individual with a keen interest in geography and sports. His favourite activities outside of work include playing golf or football with friends whenever possible. If the weather is particularly bad, as it so often is, you can find him trying to beat Russell at snooker, darts, and even occasionally on the PlayStation 4.
Jamie DonaldsonJob Title: Trainee Customer Support Technician

Jamie is the latest addition to the Niton UK service team, he is a quick learner and eagerly applies himself to every task. Subsequently he passed his probation period with flying colours and since then is well on the way to becoming a fully-fledged member of the team.
Jamie is very punctual and he regularly goes out of his way to help his colleagues. He is a polite, cheerful and reliable individual who is particularly interested in both Motorsports and the Olympics. In his spare time he likes cycling or to go and socialise with friends.
Neil TarryJob Title: Installation and Commissioning Technician

As the Installation and Commissioning Technician of Niton UK for many years, Neil has travelled the length and breadth of the United Kingdom and Ireland delivering and/or training Niton customers in the use of our analysers. In doing so, he has acquired a wide range of knowledge and experience that allows him to deal confidently with all of the various applications that Niton analysers are used in on a daily basis.
Neil is a friendly and approachable individual with a good sense of humour. In his spare time he likes spending time with his family, playing football and cricket with friends, or going when the opportunity arises to support his favourite football team.
