Our service department has been repairing and servicing our product range for over 15 years, offering services that include calibrations, product maintenance contracts and repairs.

NITON ALLOY REFERENCE KIT

Introducing our new alloy reference material kit, giving you further peace of mind.

You will be able to confirm your analyser is performing as expected on a selection of common alloys for yourself and your clients.
Includes the following alloys: AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321, NIT 60, Ni200, Alloy 625, Alloy 718, Alloy 825, TI 6-4, CDA630 (38mm x 3mm discs).

Dan Harms

Job Title: Service Manager
Joined Niton UK: April 2008

Having acquired extensive experience of Niton analysers - including safe working operation and servicing/calibration options – Dan represents the steady hand on the tiller for the Niton UK service department. This ensures that all work carried out continues to build upon the exceptional service that the company works so hard to provide to our customers.

Outside work he enjoys spending time with his family and playing rugby for his local team.

Russell Masters

Since his arrival Russell has proved himself to be a great asset to the service department. This is demonstrated by the high volume of positive feedback that he continues to receive from our customers.

Russell is friendly and considerate with a deep interest in history. Russell also enjoys playing football, and he is a season ticket holder at the club he supports. When not busy with football or reading history, he likes to spend time at museums, pubs, and greasy spoon cafes.

Jamie Donaldson

Jamie joined Niton after servicing lorry engines for a national haulage company. He enjoys applying his engineering knowledge and skills to servicing X-Ray and laser instruments. Jamie is a much valued member of the service team. He meets every deadline and regularly goes out of his way to help his colleagues.

He is friendly and reliable. Away from the bench he enjoys watching motorsports, cycling, gaming and spending time with friends.

Since joining the service department just a few years ago, Chris has already established himself as a dependable, loyal and trustworthy addition to the team. He regularly works hard to ensure that customers receive the best turn-around times possible and the feedback he regularly receives echoes this.

Chris is energetic and competitive with a keen interest in sport. His favourite activities outside work include playing golf or football or going on long walks with his dog.
